Nat needs to get a flourecent vest Tavo could not tell him apart from the chain link fence!! Either the vest or go to golden corral n put on some weight man hahaha.But it was awsome running those full out sprints…Looking to running more sprints bet keep them 50m or less..lololol
In honor of my fallen friend Ciro-Energy, who is out for a month, I would like permission from the family to be named Mocte-Energy until his triumphant return.
I hereby make a motion for approval of a temporary nickname change for Ricardo Moctezuma to “Mocte-Energy” for a period of 30 days from today or the date that C-Energy returns to Crossfit in a sufficient physical condition that would allow him to participate in a WOD, at the sole discretion and approval of Neto “Natsanity” Benavides, whichever is earlier.

Physical Therapy sounds great cause I can’t be out for a couple of weeks. I am just starting to get addicted to this. And those sprints yesterday put me to shame. And Josey’s new name is “La Snooky”
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
