    Well needed rest guys, and well deserved too. You all have been freakin’ bringing it daily. Morning ladies, boy has you’re intensity picked up from my first class with you. You actually look like crossfitters now, not just soccer moms. Enjoy the rest, we’ll continue the forging on Thursday.

    Nat needs to get a flourecent vest Tavo could not tell him apart from the chain link fence!! Either the vest or go to golden corral n put on some weight man hahaha.But it was awsome running those full out sprints…Looking to running more sprints bet keep them 50m or less..lololol

    I hereby make a motion for approval of a temporary nickname change for Ricardo Moctezuma to “Mocte-Energy” for a period of 30 days from today or the date that C-Energy returns to Crossfit in a sufficient physical condition that would allow him to participate in a WOD, at the sole discretion and approval of Neto “Natsanity” Benavides, whichever is earlier.

    Physical Therapy sounds great cause I can’t be out for a couple of weeks. I am just starting to get addicted to this. And those sprints yesterday put me to shame. And Josey’s new name is “La Snooky”
