LMAO, Very Funny…Blade it IS! The worst part is when we trainers check roll or hear ppl calling out time. We put you on the board by CFL-Stage Name, and some of the trainers don’t know who the heck they are, cuz they only know the real name, but not the stage name…puzzles even the best of them (except Neto, Polic & I-who come up with half of those names)…hahaha. I wish to publicly apologize to Rick for hazing the SH_____ out of him during the fight gone bad WOD. He will be happy to know that despite the MAJOR F’ing MELTDOWN he had during the wall balls when I thought he was gonna hit me—–he still beat me by 50 reps. Damn!
I miss you Sleepwalkers!! Just when I was back on track I fall again!! I don’t know what’s happening to me been getting sick lately!! Hopefully the change in weather will help. I hope to be back on Thursday!!! See u guys soon!!
Wishing those who got hurt today during the sprints a speedy recovery: C-Energy, Shaggy, the Gymnast – aka Komunichi.. Hope you guys recover and get back on track.
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
