Things I learned on yesterday’s WOD: 1. The quality of my performance is directly related to the music playing at the time, e.g. the reason for my shitty performance was the cumbias that Nat was blasting. I NEED MY RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE!!! haha. Great job everyone; can’t wait till manana.
I am really enojoying myself. I love that the WODs are different and that they are a challenge for me everyday! I may not be the most fit person…but I hope to get there! By the way, I love running, squats, Kettle bells, sit-ups, Sumo DL…..I find pull-ups and push ups sooo difficult..that’s my goal…to like them as much as I like the rest!
Yes music does make a difference. My kind of music is the one I can shake my @$$ to..basically anything…haha. It just has to pump me up!! CrossfitLaredo Rocks!!
Under 8min my ass he did in 6min with 50sec but someone messed up on the clock so we all got 30 sec added to our times!!! hahaha not paying attention clock boys…lololol but its all goood
Yes i did I was trying to beat ur time of 8:46 and I finished with 8:29 but to my suprise they added 30sec it jumped to 8:59 Miki so you got me by 13 sec not bad for being there one month im right behind you guys!!And Miki bring back the Metallica songs now those get me ready to workout hahaha
Hey Miki your only talking about seconds not minutes.there is a window for improvments About the weight dont worry about it you been here more than a year and i only have a month..But challenges are good to me miki keep them coming lolololol

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
