1. You go into deep depression on Wednesdays and Sundays.
2. You start making up nicknames for everyone you meet during your work day.
3. At the drive thru, your order your drink size, “Rx please.”
4. You try and AMRAP your coffee before noon.
5. You begin wonder if tabata-sex would work (go for 20, rest for 10. repeat).

When both you and your spouse put a movie on pause, jump out of bed, just to check the CFL posts because another crossfitter (whose nickname rhymes with SHMUGAR) called and asked “Have you checked the posts today?”…Then you want to shoot yourself cause you missed out on a cool posting day!!!!!!
When someone who is’nt me, has been crossfitting for almost a year and has gained 15 pounds because the WODs make him hungry in the middle of the night and he has to eat a giant bowl of Coco Puffs at 3 am….And even though he’s getting fatter he still enjoys getting murdered on Mon,Tues,TH & Fri but not on Sat. because he does’nt like to work out on Sat.
When you revise, shorten, modify, amend or all together cancel a weekend getaway because you don’t want to miss a WOD.
