Ok so I’ve been considering this for quite some time.. And I’ve decided to give it a shot. Since this is a blog format website I will be writing, commenting, discussing all kinds of different topics on here. Some stuff will be related to CrossFit some material not at all. The idea is to stimulate thought & inquiry but more importantly to inspire and improve our lives through quality meaningful reading.
Many sites particularly CF affiliates all over the country post quotes or popular passages or cliche’s, but really I feel this is just on the surface and may or may not stir the soul or the brain. What’s the use in going to quotes dot com or some site to grab a catchy phrase.. Lifeless. I see these things everywhere other blogs, twitter, facebook, etc.. It’s cool but unimaginative and unoriginal. Where did the comment, qoute or phrase come from? What was he trying to say? Why did the phrase become so popular? Where did you find it? Why is this passage important to me? Those questions are never answered. If they are I think it would really hit home more effectively. It’s one thing to post a qoute and another to discuss or really initiate afterthought in a positive matter. That is my goal here. To spice it up and provide yet another angle to YOUR CrossFit website. Afterall, the body cannot live without the mind.
Anything goes here: CrossFit, health, sports, politics, self improvement, finance, current affiars, religion.. Ok maybe not religion Haha but topics will be completely random as well as the times I post on the blog spot. I hope you will enjoy this new addition to the website. You never know you might learn something new, find direction, inspiration or even get a laugh out of it who knows but it should be fun. If not simply scroll down past it or just check out the WOD, enjoy the pix and videos & we’ll see you at CFL.

Tex, I have never met you, but I have seen the sick numbers/times that you put up; based on these there is no reason I am aware of why you shouldn’t be able to do DU’s. Keep practicing! It may take a while, but you will get the hang of it.

I just want to apologize for being a baby today.. I let the frustration get the best of me instead of keeping positive.. Thanks to all the night-crawlers && trainers for pushing me even when I got frustrated. I appreciate it!
Stranger, it takes a strong person to recongize thier weakness, and that only makes them stonger, so don’t sweat it. Just keep at it and you will overcome it. Some advice…never go into a WOD thinking your gonna suck, that sets the tone, so stay positive, even if you hate the Kb Swings. Stanger the Strong!
