Now, I must sleep, and not think about this anymore…
im so afraid im gonna gain those 20 pounds ive lost in the last 6 months….
or that I will lose my muscles.
Gonna fight to make time for this addiction…
I feel like I’m already going through CrossfitLaredo withdrawals…
So excited about Crossfit! I started a month ago, and I could not lift myself to jump rope!, now, I could do 200! I thought I could not get out of this slump I’ve been after having my babies!, I could see there is hope for me…thanks crossfit!
Vira! I’ve been with CFL for 4 1/2 months and believe me, Nat and his staff along with the CFL members have helped me tremendously. Keep up the good workout and very soon, you’ll see a difference. CFL supports you at all times.
Ditto to that Masc!!! Neto and CFL are the best!! Vira, you will see the results, just be consistant and watch your intake. Give it all you have, EVERY WOD! Just dont drink the kool-aid lol
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
