    Nice wod this is a fun one.. Great job on “wreak havoc” everyone. Some damn good intensity. Tex was covered in his own spit and saliva in the morning I loved it

    O, CFL, how i love thee….
    parting is such sweet sorrow….

    Im going to miss the gratification that comes from waking up in the morning and asking myself…
    “Am i paralyzed??? ok, good…im just numb from that WOD yesterday!! THANK GOD that I can go to CFL today!” – Gotta love that suicide pace!

    Gotta love those pullups :)

    and Running: im so much better at it than I ever thought I’d be.
    Lungs have been smoke free for 6 months.
    Since Day 1 of CFL!

    Now, I must sleep, and not think about this anymore…
    im so afraid im gonna gain those 20 pounds ive lost in the last 6 months….
    or that I will lose my muscles.
    Gonna fight to make time for this addiction…
    I feel like I’m already going through CrossfitLaredo withdrawals…

    So excited about Crossfit! I started a month ago, and I could not lift myself to jump rope!, now, I could do 200! I thought I could not get out of this slump I’ve been after having my babies!, I could see there is hope for me…thanks crossfit!

    Vira! I’ve been with CFL for 4 1/2 months and believe me, Nat and his staff along with the CFL members have helped me tremendously. Keep up the good workout and very soon, you’ll see a difference. CFL supports you at all times.
