These classes are designed to get you familiar with the CrossFit movements, exercises and terminology.
It is imperative you attend these courses once you sign up! Please schedule them when you know you can attend.
Other gyms may charge a maximum of $50 a month. Here at CFL we may have a higher fee, but we’d like to remind you, that those other local gyms or global chains charge you an access fee.
That small fee of $50 just gives you access to their gym and use of their equipment. Once you’d Inquire about personal training and coaching at those gyms you’ll see that the prices would either equal or surpass ours.
We give you access to our equipment, knowledge and training with our gym membership.
We have this set up so the athlete is familiar and comfortable enough to do the workouts involving the CrossFit movements. CrossFit training done correctly is INTENSE, but we do not expect you to go all out within your first week!
The contracts in place, let us know that the athletes are serious about getting fit! This contract allows us enough time to reach a considerably higher level of fitness!
Other than the contract, we do not have hidden fees or agendas. The only requirement we have is that you commit to giving us your best effort every time you step foot in our gym.
