Run 3.1 miles
*If you haven’t ran anything longer than a mile run just 2 miles. Also as a reminder – as always with long runs (5k, 10k) posted as the WOD, CFL is closed. Also if you need new running shoes, come and see JD or myself at Performance Runner.
